Carrying on from my last video, this week we are using resistance bands to strengthen our lower body or more specifically our legs....
RESISTANCE BAND STRENGTH WORKOUT EXERCISES
Warmup - Marching on the spot - 30 seconds
Hip Abductions x 10 each leg
Hip Extensions x 10 each leg
Knee Extensions x 10 each leg
Ankle Dorsiflexions - x 10 each leg
Leg Press x 10 each leg
Sit to Stands with Resistance bands x 10
(To get straight into the exercise go to 0:32 minutes).
Do your best and any questions ask below
