In this video, I teach you how to practice your balance. Improving your balance is important to move well and to decrease your chances of having a fall
We look at how to do 5 important balance exercises, that progressively get harder.
(I think the tandem stance is harder than the single leg stance, but see how you go! :))
I also show ways to make the exercise more challenging using different methods and also show you how to make the exercises easier if you can't do the exercises without your hands off the chair.
