Again, this week is a little different.
As I continue to create the seniors' exercise library, this week, I have decided to take you through some important arm, upper back and shoulder exercises for seniors.
In this video today, I explain how to do 10 important exercises for the upper body correctly, that all seniors should know.
These exercises will help you improve your strength, and posture and help keep those shoulders healthy.

10 ARM, SHOULDER AND BACK EXERCISES FOR SENIORS
1. Wall Push-ups ( 0:39)
2. Shoulder Rolls( 1:27)
3. Seated Rows ( 1:56)
4. Bent Over Rows ( 2:24)
5. Bicep Curls ( 3:08)
6. Tricep Lifts ( 4:02)
7. Shoulder Press-ups ( 4:43)
8. Shoulder Flexions ( 5:31)
9. Shoulder & Arm Overhead Stretch ( 6:15)
10. Thoracic (Upper Back) Extension Stretch ( 7:00)
