3. Calf Raises ( 2:02)
4. Hip Flexions ( 2:38)
5. Hip Abductions with Holds ( 2:58)
6. Hip Abductions with Bands ( 3:26)
7. Hip Adductions ( 3:53)
8. Hamstring Stretch ( 4:36)
9. Hip Flexion Stretch ( 5:10)
10. Lateral Rotation Stretch ( 5:33)
