Hey Everyone,
The workout for this week is a 15 minute standing workout, We work our strength, balance and Cardio fitness
(To get straight into the exercise go to 0:40).
15 MINUTE STANDING WORKOUT FOR SENIORS:
Warmup - Marching on the spot - 30 seconds
Squats - x 10
Feet Together + Bicep Curl and Shoulder Press x 10
Feet Together + Shoulder Shrugs x 10
Shoulder Flexions - 6 x 5 seconds with Bicep Curls x 6 in between
Lunges (Reverse) - X 5 each leg
Standing Bent Over Row - x 10
One Arm Bent Over Row - x 5 each arm
Single Leg Stance - 30 Seconds Each Leg
Punching - 30 seconds, Marching On The Spot - 30 seconds - 2 rounds
Cool Down - Seated Shoulder Rolls x 5, Shoulder stretch - 30 seconds.
